ample parking modern decor bts station

check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly! i noticed ample parking lots. the room size is spacious, with modern decor and it was clean. the bts station is within walking distance, very convenient.

The gym was not open 24 hours, as advertised. Its limited hours didn't always align with my schedule, causing inconvenience.

spacious suite convenient tv functional refrigerator cleaning staff

the suite was functional and spacious it featured a washer and dryer combination that worked well the tv allowed streaming accounts like youtube which was convenient the refrigerator and microwave operated properly i appreciated the privacy and the cleaning staff honored the do not disturb sign exchanging towels and water as needed

the sink lacked hot water i found that unusual for a hotel aiming for a four star rating

smooth check-in helpful staff great assistance

the check-in process went very smoothly. i found the staff to be well versed regarding guest needs. nan, the bellman, consistently greeted me with a pleasant smile and greatly assisted with transportation and local guidance. he gave good recommendations for family-friendly places to visit.

the living room tv had some limitations because it did not connect to any apps, hotel channels showed 'no signal', and there was no telephone in the room. i noticed messages mentioned dialing '0' for questions, but a phone was missing. also wifi required new passwords frequently
